This system runs twenty four (24) hours a day and seven (7) days a week. Non-profit organizations, Not-for-profit groups, Educational, and Government agencies may use BCTV's bulletin board for public announcements. All Political Campaign messages are prohibited.
Placing Public Service Announcements (PSAs) on the Community Bulletin Board.
A PSA is an announcement intended to provide a service to the public. PSA’s provide information about a non-commercial service in the public interest, announcements of upcoming public events or safety information. Only non-profit or not-for-profit organizations, educational, and government agencies may place a PSA on the Community Bulletin Board (CBB).
There are two options to submit a PSA (Public Service Announcement).
1) Click here to submit a PSA announcement using the online template.
2) Create your PSA in PowerPoint (PPT) using the minimum number of slides (ideally using only ONE slide) but with a MAXIMUM of 6 slides. The information on the slide should be in a outline format (i.e. What, Where, When, How to get more Information), always leave a margin on all edges of the slide and use colors that
show up clearly, avoiding red whenever possible.

.All PSA’s should include the name of the organization, a contact person and contact information where the public may obtain additional information. All PSAs must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the event to guarantee placement of the PSA. All PSAs will be removed from the CBB following the event.
