2011 PROPERTY TAX RATE
The Town has released the final tax rate for 2011 as approved by the NH Dept. of Revenue:~ The Municipal portion is $4.23, an increase of 10 cents over last year including 2 cents of previous state contributed retirement contributions. The School District and Education portion is $15.22, an increase of 83 cents over last year and the County portion is $1.09. The blended rate is $20.54 per thousand dollars of Assessed Valuation.
