What is a structure?
Per Article 45-2 of the Zoning Ordinance a structure is defined as "A combination of materials for occupancy or use, such as a building, bridge, trestle, tower, framework, tank, tunnel, tent, platform, shelter, pier, wharf, bin, sign, fences and retaining walls over 6 feet in height, swimming pools, sports courts, or the like."
